I'd probably change the password on the account immediately. It could also be that someone else is using your account. Just would like to get this puppy going and respect the knowledge here. SABnzbd will refuse inbound connections which werent addressed to its own. Most servers have gotten better but used to be if your internet was iffy and you had connections dropping out, the servers would mis-count the connections. So if you have 30, use 15 on US and 15 on EUR. Easy fix is to add US and EUR connections and split the number. I tend to see this when Astraweb is having timeout issues. Sabnzbd hasn't closed a connect and has opened another one.

I would like to say in advance I am focused on fixing the docker issue and not trying to debate anything. You have set sabnzbd to more than the allowed number of connections for your account. (Different issue) Or I would just keep that running. I installed the Synology version of SABnzbd and it did use the folders but there seems to be a issue with that version and returned an error on parsing the files. Not sure why incomplete does not receive any folders. To make sure the settings work click the Test Server button which will show Connection Successful if all the settings worked. Not a permission per say of Radarr.ĭownloads/incomplete and downloads/complete/radarr is the folder structure. so finally I looked in the directory and the files are not there. My Subcription gives me 50 connections and I have the servers set to 25 connections.

Connections don't release immediately, and it's extremely unlikely you're getting the best speeds by using more than 20. If your primary ISP is getting hit too hard, go into Server settings in. I looked in the logs (of radarr) and saw that indeed the files did not exist. Stop using the maximum amount of connections given. Itll show you the number of connections open for each provider and download speed. In the meantime the files "look" like they are downloading in SABnzbd and complete however in Radarr they never finish. I would like to know how to have verbose logging so I can pastebin it here so you guys can help. Been using this for a few years but I am not experienced in debugging.
